Erdi completed an undergraduate degree in clinical exercises sciences at Bournemouth university before completing a masters degree in Chiropractic at the AECC UC. He splits his working time between lecturing at the AECC UC and working within a multidisciplinary team to manage a wide variety of conditions.
Erdi’s main interests are focused on the role the brain plays in chronic pain,
longevity and functional performance. Erdi's approach to care is personalised to the needs of the person. He has a range of skills such as manual techniques from adjusting, mobilizations, trigger point therapy, soft tissue work, dry
needling, rehabilitation exercises and exercise prescription.
In his own time, Erdi enjoys being active; Playing sports such as football and badminton, while also being an avid gym goer. Living by the coast one of his favourite hobbies is sea swimming. He also loves music, reading, films, art and listening to podcasts.
