Do I need a doctor’s referral?
You do not need a doctors referral to see a Chiropractor. However, with your consent, if we feel we need to collaborate with your GP to access additional information or obtain further imaging/ xrays, we can do this for you.
What is your new patient procedure?
When you arrive for your first appointment our friendly staff will have you fill out a new patient examination form which will outline your health history and any medications you might be taking. We will then take a thorough history of your health, followed by an extensive physical examination in order to accurately diagnose any precipitating conditions involved. This will be followed by an initial treatment. The whole process should take about an hour. On your second visit, a Report of Findings will be explained to you and you will be given a rehabilitative exercise program to get you moving optimally again within your treatment plan.
